How Greek citizens apply

1. Prepare your documents. Gather a passport valid for at least six months with two blank pages, a clear scan of your passport data page, and a compliant white-background portrait photo, all in JPG/JPEG format and under 2 MB each.
2. Complete the online application. Fill in the secure e-Visa application form with your personal and passport details, select your passport type, choose single or multiple entry, and enter your intended entry and exit dates, your intended entry and exit checkpoints, and your address in Vietnam.
3. Upload your photo and passport page. Attach the portrait photo and the scan of your passport data page, then carefully review every field against your passport to make sure all spelling and numbers match exactly.
4. Pay the fees. Submit your application and pay the government fee plus our service fee, which are both shown to you clearly before you confirm payment; note that the government fee is non-refundable even if the application is refused.
5. Receive your reference and track the status. Save the application reference or registration code provided after payment, and use it to check your application status online; standard processing usually takes about three working days.
6. Download and print your e-Visa. Once approved, download your e-Visa, print a paper copy to carry with you, and present it together with your passport at an approved e-Visa checkpoint when you enter Vietnam.
