Vuvgo is a private visa application assistance service and is not a government agency, embassy or consulate. Government fees are separate from our service fee, and visa decisions are made solely by the relevant government authority. Learn more about our service and fees.
No — once issued, an eVisa is locked to the data you submitted. Most immigration portals have no post-issuance correction process for typos in name, passport number or date of birth. The only fix is to apply again with the correct information. We can identify exactly what to change before you re-pay the government fee.
Forward the rejection email or screenshot the portal message to us. Some portals state the reason in plain text; others are less specific, but the common causes (photo, MRZ scan quality, supporting documents) are well documented. We give you a free diagnostic before quoting the fix.
Only the government fee. Once submitted, government fees are non-refundable — that's the immigration department's rule, not ours. If you want to reapply after a rejection, the government fee must be paid again. Our service fee, however, is not charged a second time — the retry is covered as part of your original order, so you only pay the government fee.
One re-prepared and re-submitted application per applicant, after a free diagnostic of what went wrong. You provide corrected information or documents; we re-do the form, re-verify the supporting files, and re-submit through the official portal. No additional service fee for that retry.
Forward the rejection or portal error to support@vuvgo.com — a human reviews what went wrong and replies within one business day, before you pay the government fee again.
