Private application assistance
Travelling sooner than expected? Emergency and Rush priority handling shorten the time between your payment and our submission. They speed up our own review and submission workflow — they do not change the government's decision time, and no service can promise that.
Human-reviewed · Secure document handling · Transparent pricing · 24/7 support
Vuvgo is a private visa application assistance service and is not a government agency, embassy or consulate. Government fees are separate from our service fee, and visa decisions are made solely by the relevant government authority. Learn more about our service and fees.
| Tier | Service fee | Our turnaround (default) |
|---|---|---|
| Standard | $69 (baseline) | Within 6 business days |
| Emergency | + $79 | Within 4 business days |
| Rush | + $99 | Within 3 business days |
Turnaround is counted in business days from the next business day after we have all of your valid documents, and several destinations are faster than the defaults above — Sri Lanka and Canada reach a decision-ready submission in 1 business day on Rush, while Brazil needs longer. The exact guarantee for your destination and speed is shown before you pay; the pricing page lists every one.
The government’s own decision window is unchanged — priority handling only accelerates how quickly we review and submit on your behalf. We refund the uplift if we miss our submission window.
It depends on the destination. On the default schedule Standard is within 6 business days, Emergency within 4 and Rush within 3, counted from the business day after we hold all of your valid documents. Several destinations are quicker — Sri Lanka and Canada reach 1 business day on Rush — and Brazil is slower. The exact guarantee for your destination and speed is shown before you pay.
No — and any service that claims otherwise is misleading you. Priority handling shortens our queue time (how fast we review and submit), not the government's own decision window. We are honest about that distinction at every step.
The government fee is non-refundable once submitted, regardless of speed tier. For the service-fee portion, we follow a 3-tier refund policy. The Emergency or Rush uplift specifically is refunded if we miss our own submission window — see the Refund Policy for details.
No service can promise that: the authority decides when it decides. What Rush handling does is get a complete, checked application in front of it as quickly as we can — 1 business day for Sri Lanka and Canada, within 3 on the default schedule. Order as early as your travel date allows.
Pick your destination and choose Emergency or Rush handling at checkout. A real reviewer still checks every application before we submit it.
